Delta9 develops its mineralization technology through work conducted in its Canadian lab.
Delta9 does not operate its own laboratory, prototyping, or engineering facilities in the United States, and no activities constituting employment under U.S. immigration law are performed in the U.S. by individuals who are not authorized to work in the United States.

When required, U.S.-based laboratories, engineering firms, mechanical engineering shops, prototyping facilities, or technical consultants may be engaged as independent contractors to perform testing, development, engineering, fabrication, analysis, or other technical and professional services on behalf of the company.
